not sure if technological ignorance may be a boon here, when even scientists don't know what's *really* going on and AI is considered a black box. What is important is to grasp the power of interpolation of knowledge, and it seems to me they grasp that.
find it hard to believe in competence especially in the techno/digital foresight of the EU leadership. but not that hard to hope:)
